BOOKING POLICY
It is compulsory to read our online Terms & Conditions before making your booking. By completing a booking online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions below.​

Dates are released monthly via the book button on our Instagram page. Your slot may be moved by around 15 mins to make use of gaps to fit in other clients.
It is your responsibility to select a suitable facial, if unsure just select the ZOE SKIN GLOW facial and I will assess your skin on the day and then select what is suited. Please inform us of any medication or medical conditions that you may have, including pregnancy or breastfeeding, prior to booking, as some treatments may not be suitable for you.
It is your responsibility to inform us of ANY medication or medical conditions that you may have prior to booking. Consultation forms must be completed before or during the consultation. This is to enable safety for our clients as well as insurance purposes.
The following are examples of contraindications that can prevent or restrict a facial treatment:
Pregnancy
Prone to keloid scarring
On acne medication such as prescription/over the counter creams or antibiotics.
Taking Roaccutane. You must have stopped taking for a year.
Using retinols, benzoyl peroxide, AHA/BHA’s less than 1 week before the treatment day.
You have an active cold sore.
You have a bacterial or fungal infection.
You have a stye or conjunctivitis.
You have active eczema or psoriasis on your face.
You have a history of getting eczema on your face.
You have a history of getting psoriasis anywhere on your body.
You have fresh bruising on your face.
Any auto immune diseases.
You have diabetes which is not under control.
Been sunbathing, sunburnt or using sunbeds 1-2 weeks before the treatment.

Severe acne
Contagious diseases
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, meaning if you cancel your appointment completely you will lose your deposit. However, you can reschedule your appointment and transfer the deposit to a new date but you must provide us with at least 48 hour notice prior to your appointment. You can only reschedule your appointment 3 times. After this you will have to pay a new deposit for a new booking. Deposits will be deducted from the treatment cost on the day. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will either be cancelled, or the treatment time will be reduced however you will have to pay full price. We do not take any responsibility for lateness, and we kindly ask our clients to plan their journeys well in advance. Please Check your driving Route/Train journey at least 48 hours prior to your treatment and allow yourself enough journey time
Please note: In the event of any treatment cancellation within 48 hours of the appointed time, the deposit amount to secure that booking will be non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your booking at any time prior to the afore-mentioned 48 hour window, we can either refund your deposit or rearrange your booking.
We politely ask that you attend your appointments alone. To comply with health and safety regulations we request that children are not brought to the salon. You must be over the age of 18 to have the treatments in our clinic, or you will need to come accompanied by a parent or guardian.
